The Net Lease Agreement contains a very high level of Landlord Protection and makes the tenant responsible for all aspects of the premises. This agreement contains a few clauses to add to your protection, such as the "Net Lease" clause, which covers all repairs and responsibility of expenses on the property. We also included an optional "Triple Net" clause for those properties that will require the tenants to be responsible for the property taxes and insurance in addition to the maintenance.
