These tenants actually removed the built in dishwasher, the built in air conditioner, attempted to take the water heater, took most of our light fixtures and faucet handles, and even broke in by smasshing a window to steal more stuff after they were evicted. Here is one of the medicine cabinet gone and the sink they broke into pieces below, and of the general messes as they were in all rooms of the house.
