 The LPA Commercial Net Lease Agreement is an adaptation of the LPA Lease designed to accommodate businesses in commercial properties. This document is primarily for small to medium sized commercial properties being rented to businesses.
The Net Lease Agreement contains a very high level of Landlord Protection and makes the tenant responsible for all aspects of the premises. This agreement contains a few clauses to add to your protection, such as the "Net Lease" clause, which covers all repairs and responsibility of expenses on the property. We also included an optional "Triple Net" clause for those properties that will require the tenants to be responsible for the property taxes and insurance in addition to the maintenance. Since it is word processor ready, you can add, delete or customize any part of the form you wish.  |
