Notice of Sale of Premises
Sold the Rental Property?

In the event you sell your occupied rental property, NOTICE OF SALE OF PREMISES - NEW OWNER NOTIFICATION form will help you break the news to the tenant that there will be a new landlord.

The notice also explains that the lease agreement remains unaffected during the transfer of ownership and that all the terms and agreements therein are still in force. The form also introduces the identity of the new owner and instructs the tenant where to pay the rent. Of course, the form is in MS Word and more information such as plans to inspect or meet in person can be added in.
