How to Use the Personal Property Addendum

Sometimes tenants take it upon themselves to decide what they want to keep in your yard. It might be a swingset, a gazebo, a deck, monkey bars, trampoline, pool, etc. The list goes on, but you should have a personal property addendum to help you protect yourself from liability concerning authorized or unauthorized items the tenants put onto your property.

The LPA Personal Property Addendum helps you set the tenant straight on what is allowed and what is not. It can also be used as an amendment to the lease for existing situations.
