Tenant broke lease and moved out 7 months early. There was damage to the property which I sent her a bill for. She hasn't returned my calls etc. Any advice on my next step?

Hi, It's good that you have an address to send the bill to. Did you have a security deposit to make charges against? I hope so. To collect further,after the tenant has vacated, may mean small claims court. You can get a pamphlet on the details from your local courthouse. Good luck Jack
