$1500 for conversion is about right...maybe a little high, but depends on the area. I had an estimate of $4200 to rewire a 1200sf apartment of a duplex last year. That was a major undertaking, but included the box and many grounded circuits it a very old house. Anyone know where I can get $4200? LOL
