It seems now that the laws are set up to punish the landlord for taking a tenant to court. Lawer fee $500 to $1000,then the tenant can walk without paying because the law won't do anything.Let's join together and rewrite the laws of America for landlords. We can do it if we band together.Larry Falke >> >> Larry, You said it! One of the ways we can also band together is by reporting our tenants to the LPA's National Tenant Rating Bureau / DEADBEAT DATABASE. I'm entering a list of winners dating back 25 years. We can all warn each other about the bad news tenants that we need to avoid. We've got to stop politicians from unfairly working against us.

Since when does a tenant dictate the workings of my private property that I pay insurance coverage, water bills and sewer bills for. My Congressman will hear how my fellow & local landlords feel about our rights...where are they????
