HELP I am in Illinois with a section 8 tenant in violation of her lease by moving in 5 additional people 3 of which are young children. What kind of notice do I give? FIve day, ten day, thirty day?? Her rent is up to date. thanks

First warn the tenant that this violation needs to be corrected Immediately. If not out by certain date (you oick how many days) you will report this violation to Section 8 and they will lose the assistance. (They are defrauding the government) After the eviction, they will not be eligible again. Good Luck. Jack
