Asking a local property manager or for a referal from another attorney. My friend found an attorney by going to Landlord-Tenant Court and watching. When she saw an attorney she thought was doing a good job for the landlord, she asked for his card and has been using him for 15 years. I'm sorry I don't know anyone in Buffalo.
