Nice people paying late

I have very nice tenants, but after 5 years in the house, they have gotten comfortable paying later and later.
Now they pay the rent around the 20th. It's due on the 1st!
Does anyone have a nice way to get them to pay on time without ruffeling their feathers? I know they can pay on time but I want to keep them friendly.
