How do I start procedure to get tenants out? by Jennifer McCullough on June 8, 2002 @10:27

We have a rental house in Oklahoma. The tenants have been consistenly late on their rent and this month have not paid. All phones are disconnected. They are no longer at their respective jobs. Cannot get ahold of them. There is damage to the property. Hole in front door. Information from a reference/family member have told us one tenant has been arrested and left her husband and the husband has a drug problem. How do we get them out? When can we enter the property. We think the husaband has left everything in the house and left? Help! This is our first experience with a rental house and it has not been good.
