Hi, My name is Shellie and I have huge problem. We had sublet a room out of our condominium to a friend. She was looking for another place to live and we said she could rent the room until she found a place. Well she has racke dup the phone bill, has not paid any PG&E, and her stuff is still in the room. Can I sell her things to pay the bills she owes? She won't call me back and wants to come by when she knows I am work. I told ehr she can't get her things until she pays me and she isn refusing to pay. Is there anything I can. I want her stuff out and the money she owes for bills. Thank you Shellie
