i was given a deposit of $150.00 to hold an apartment for someone and gave person a couple of days to come back and person didnt come back till about 2 weeks so i lost out on renting the place.

Hi, This is why deposits should be higher amounts of money and nonrefundable AND with a screeneing fee- the way it states on the LPA application.
