I have given friends a place to stay in hard times-with the one exception of the first month free. They decided not to get jobs for 4 months until my boyfriend and I confronted them in getting a job or get out. They finally got jobs and started paying rent- but not the back owed rent. They have disrespected us I can't count how many times- their kids have no respect for anyone or anything- our house is trashed! Because of them- the cops have been to our house about 6 times and yell at us because we are the house owners. We also suspect them in vandalizing my boyfriends car which came to over $4200 worht of damage(forensics is working on the firnger prints now). I need them out ASAP and I need to know the laws and both tenant and landlord laws so when we kick them out they dontcome back at us saying you didnt do this so we dont have to go!! HELP!!!

get a lawyer and get them out! Fastest , safest way out.

hire an atty who specializes in evictions! do not under any circumstance try to do this yourself
