The LPA Lease even states that the screen/storm doors are not included in the rental.
The reason is they are high maintenance items that are constantly abused.

I doubt that there is any law requiring screens.
There is of course the legal term: Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware). Look for screens among other things BEFORE you rent.

In many parts of Europe NOBODY has screens. I guess they haven't been invented there yet.
