No, he has never threatend me. If he had, that would be all I need to go ahead and evict for non-payment.
I am hoping that no one is home when I go in to check. I'd rather not have to talk to them.

I'm sure they're just ingnoring the notices because they can get away with it and owe rent. I would post another inspection notice and go in when they are at work. You need to be prepared for any damages that they are doing. Hope you follow thru and evict. I am having a hard time with one of my tenants to, and hubby is not agreeable to evict, so I am doing it w/o him. i will not let these people stay for free (they are suppose to move end of month)and walk around feeling taken advantage of!

I know what you mean about the feeling of being taken advantage of. I just don't know at what point my husband is fineally going to say enough is enough. I would just assume get him out and rent the house to a good renter. This is a very nice expensive home, that's why it bothers me even more. We hand built all the cupboards in the kitcken, they're solid oak and beautiful. This tenant doesn't deserve this house.
