Make sure you document everything, including the requests to fix. Seek some free legal aid to see what you should do next. As for damages of items of yours inside your house-do you have renters insurance? This usually covers these item, it is often hard to prove (unless you have it documented that he knew about the roof leaks, and problems that might cause the roof to severly leak and damage property inside).

I agree with the above poster, unless your confined to a bed then there is no reason you should be on disability. I've had severe back injuries that required surgery but I am still capable of working, the SSI system is full of deadbeats that are depleating our SS of its funds. I say if your back bothers you then have you sit in bed and answer phones for a call center. Watch Judge Judy or Judge Joe Brown when they encounter someone on disabilty, they have the same view.

HOW ABOUT YOU KISSING MY DISABLED ASS!! LIKE YOU SAID YOU ARE STILL CAPABLE OF WORKING, IT WAS DETERMINED BY DOCTORS, MINE AND THEIRS THAT I AM NOT SO F**K YOU YOU SIMPLE MINDED B**CH. FOR ONE WHAT I GET IS SOC SEC FROM THE TIME I PUT IN WORKING BEFORE MY ACCIDENT AND SURGEY. JUST BECAUSE YOU PROBALLY TRIED TO DEFRAUD THE GOVERNMENT DOES'NT MEAN EVERYONE ELSE IS TRYING TO.
