I think they meant that having children is not a reason you can be evicted for.......such as if you were childless at move-in, but had a baby during the tenancy, they could not use it as a reason to evict. That being said, if you have children, it wouldn't prevent you from being evicted. That is my interpretation.

Exactly Susan. I didn't copy the rest but it went on to describe that a tenant cannot be evicted SIMPLY because they have children, that is, they cannot be discriminated against and evicted for the mere fact that they now have children. (Basically, repeating the Fair HOusing law.)
