On a rental that I'm managing the heat furnace is going to need to be replaced but it wont be till Monday or Tuesday. What can I legally suggest the tenant to do till then? To use space heaters, stay with family/friends etc? I'm in Oklahoma as well. Thanks!

If there is no heat, Repair/replacement should be done ASAP and an alternate source of heated provided. Either you supply them space heaters or you can put them in a hotel until heat is restored. If they have family/friends that they can stay with, better for you and I would nicely encourage them too with a rent credit for the days they can't stay in the rental.

Have it repaired asap. Supply heaters if tenant is unable to stay somewhere else, and pro-rate the rent for the days without heat.
