after she had informed me that she was moving I went to the rental & removed a basket of her belongings from a cellar which only I had the key (she was not renting this part of the building)

since she was moving out in 2 weeks & i was in the neighborhood, i figuered i would remove her basket while i was there. i placed it on her porch in front of her.

well, the judge said im guilty of harrassment; that i should of kept the basket in the cellar until the day she was moving. is this correct? can i remove the basket since she was not renting that area and i let her keep the basket there as a favor to her?

should i appeal the ruling and take it to a higher court or just pay the $50 fine? i am very happy the PITA IS GONE!
