what i didnt tell was that the renter moved out 2 months shy of the lease end & i asked her to pay for those 2 months - so - she created a scene that makes it appear that i forced her out. the judge bought into it. tsk tsk - maybe he felt sorry for her when she began to tell about how she has 2 small children. anyhow, im still very happy the PITA is gone!
