No, but you have to ACCOUNT for the deposit within 21 days. As far as I know the 21 days starts when they give you the keys back.

Oh, wait, if only one of them moved out, you do nothing. You don't owe anybody any deposit until BOTH leaseholders are out and you have regained possession of the unit. She doesn't get her half of the deposit back until they're BOTH out.

Yes, out to sea, but indicated wants to stay in house. Tenant that left did not inform other tenant of moving out. Gave me her keys.
