Tenants opinions don't count here. You can't assume that the LL harrassed his tenant just because the judge believes the tenant.

There is something screwball going on here with the landlord. The tenant did not like it. The judge could see it. What do you think is happening?

    Oh, I don't know, maybe that court is tryint to sqeeze more money out of landlord. Maybe that judge is tenant friendly. Maybe you should go sit in on some eviction hearings and watch landlords get the shaft from judges after already getting shafted from his tenant.

This is the same PA person who keeps posting under different names with different stories about their PITA tenants. I think this LL has some serious issues and needs to get out of the business.
