Thanks for the input. The only thing is the past tenant had complained about a smell, but no one else ever smelled it. The heating company recommended putting something down the ducts (a powder) and the tenant put tapes over the ducts. I told her to remove the tape when she left so I could smell it. I told the new tenants that she has smelled something but no one else had. I even stayed there one night before the new tenants rented it and didn't smell anything. I told them about this before renting it to do and told them to let me know if they smelled something. I took care of it as soon as I knew what it was. They did already acuse me of covering up the smell when they were there because I had on small candle lit. I told them I hadn't smelled anything while I was there. I think they are going to be a problem and I think I'm going to be glad they are month to month.
