Why don't you have a pay washer and dryer in the unit? I have one in all of my units, it keeps the utility costs down.

And why are they four months behind? Thay should have been out 2 months ago, at the latest.

You can order them from Home Depot or Lowe's.

I would say this forum is useful most of the time, but then we have people making comments like this. I'm sure our LL here is wishing they started the eviction process right after the first month of non-payment...bottom line they didn't. I'm sure this forum was setup for postive help and lets try to stick with that.
