Look Dope, No they don't, you and other tenants have nothing to offer landlords. I didn't say that tenants don't read and repond on this board, as there is obviously no way to keep you out. I said that tenants OPINIONS don't count and they don't! it's pretty obviouse when we can spot a tenants "advice" in disguise. If you are NOT a landlord, then you have nothing to offer for advice to a Landlord. You have no clue.

We don't need liars on here manipulating and confuseing landlords. So, no tenants advice/opinions are not welcomed here, unless you have been a Landlord.

dope .. maybe i should wash your mouth out douche bone.. you have nothing to offer in your hick town you redneck.. lol i know more then most LL's on this site.

i like many other tenants find this forum by searching. i found it did reading, something you cant do.and buying books. i help my inlaws with there multi family rentals and have look over many leases for friends.

i choose to rent at this time because i dont have to deal with the huge expenses the LL does. when something breaks he deals with it.

if it wasnt for us low life's you wouldnt have what you have.. may your next tenant be a PITA :)

and i love when i see your homes on craigslist. for rent. they are pieces of shit...
