3 day - Landlord Forum thread

I issued a 3 day pay or quit to one of my tenants. Monday would of been the 3rd day. Should I have filed on the 3rd day? I wont be able to go to the magistrate until tomorrow. Is there a grace period?

3 business days have to clear first before you file. If you served them yesturday, you can file on Friday.
