No. It's a criminal matter. The key was stolen. The old super was supposed to return the key when he terminated his position. This guy is trespassing AND knowingly received stolen property. You need to use your brain.

The old super who is now not allowed back into the building has not turned in his keys to the building and the guy in mention should have never received a key to any apartment.
