Sorry,
I meant REMAINDER.

THe tenant took something and she return, 15 days of the claim, so My question is there a time frame to return the remaind of the deposit.

The time frame is not based on number of days after resolving damage with tenant -- it is based on the number of days after tenant vacates the rental. In FL, you have 15 days after the tenant vacates the rental to return the SD or the SDSS explaining why you have kept any part of the SD. If you do not do this within the 15 days after move-out, you may not keep any of the deposit at all.
