What's wrong with you people?

Just ask your landlord if it's ok for the boyfriend to move in. If the landlord says no, then find somewhere else to live. If you move the boyfriend in anyway because you have no lease, even though the landlord said no, the landlord can give you 30 days to get out, no reason necessary -- because you have no lease.

People who won't use their brain are really starting to annoy me.

No reason to be rude. If my questions annoy you - don't answer them. I obviously had no idea that he can give me a 30 day notice, or I wouldn't have asked about what needs to be done. This is what I am inquiring about.

There are reasons I didn't want to ask the landlord. I just needed to know what my options are legally. This is only a temporary situation - but longer than 30 days.

Thank you for your information.
