I'm sorry; did I miss your question? What I read was you assuming by reading the post that the LL had done something wrong because the Judge ruled against her. But ok let's be fair, you as a tenant assume the LL is wrong based on your point of view, as a tenant. I on the other hand, assume the tenant got away with something based on my experience as a LL. Aside from the first hand experience I have as a LL (as if that wasn't enough!)another reason I assume the things I do is the posts we get here from tenants. Right now we have a woman asking other LL’s how to get a couple free months of rent out of her LL, so she can save up to move one day. The sad part about that is, the right judge, the right sob story, maybe not bathing for a day or two before going to court & her & her brood just might get the free time she is seeking. Sad but true. I am hoping she is in a state that is more LL friendly then mine is.
