Is your state one that requires pediphiles to put a large sign in the front yard and notify the police department of their address? If not, you should go door to door in your neighborhood and inform all the neighbors that your daughter is moving in a registered sex offender and where he will be living. Explain that he is not her husband but that they are only in a relationship that produced her two children. Tell the neighbors to keep their children inside and give everyone a photo so they know what the guy looks like.

Point blank, your an idiot. You have no idea why they are a sex offender. Many people forget that there are many other things that will land you on the sex offender list other then rape or molesting childern. If the mother is comfortable with him living with there childern I would venture to guess that something happened that should have never put him on the sex offender list in the first place.
