And, what do you do when the old ladies move out with no one to replace them because they are tired of being kept up at night by the tenants "couple's noise?"

A while back I suggested doubling up on the wall with extra insulation because the snoring was traveling through and keeping the tenant on the other side awake. Everybody thought ear plugs were good enough. But the couple's noise seems to be another issue I guess.

Yeah, there is a little bit of a difference. But I am with you on cutting down on the noise level with insulation for any noise.
