You put better insulation between the units and get a new tenant.

A while back I suggested doubling up on the wall with extra insulation because the snoring was traveling through and keeping the tenant on the other side awake. Everybody thought ear plugs were good enough. But the couple's noise seems to be another issue I guess.

    Yeah, there is a little bit of a difference. But I am with you on cutting down on the noise level with insulation for any noise.

      I just figured if the unit goes empty, it's a good time to improve the sound issue. The old ladies are M2M, so they can leave anytime. The other poster's tenants were under lease, so the immediate solution of earplugs made more sense.
