No, but the poster put sex offender, not pedofile. Could be many things that have nothing to do with pedofile.

The title "sex offender" can encompass many crimes, including: public indecency, sex with a minor (anyone under 18), gross sexual imposition, rape, child pornography, importuning, sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual imposition, voyeurism, pandering obscenities, or illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented materials. It may or may not include crimes against children (a pedophile).

Whenever I take the family to the park we do not do a lot of pissing and defecating outside of the designated areas. I guess some people do and maybe it should be considered a minor issue.

Not saying the issues are minor or major. Just defining what a sexual offender is. There is a difference between a sexual offender and a sexual predator. A predator is a much worse crime than an offender.

A short (true) story: The mother of an abused child got back at the abuser by giving him a piece of his own medicine (if you know what I mean). Her assault on him was tried in court and she was convicted. She now has to register as a sexual offender. Is she a bad person? He got just what he deserved as far as I'm concerned. But she is still a sexual offender.

Pissing in the park involves exposing yourself to complete the task -- and public exposure is a sex crime.
