so i guess all of you dont know nothing since you came looking for answers on this site, pay money for a lease that most will not be allowed in court. since as you all say the tenant has the upper hand..

so being LL aint so different than being a tenant. you dont know shit just like us.

SUSAN, please. Will all you posers PLEASE stop being anonymous. It makes it hard to know whom to be disgusted by.....Although I must admit, I love the lack of grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. I find that REALLY HOT!
