Hopefully your lease covers this, and hopefully you didn't use the section 8 lease. Even if you did give 90 day notice, they may stay, which means an eviction anyway. You should be able to sell the house, even with an exisiting tenant, but not many people would want to buy a house with a section 8 tenant in it. You may have to remind them that it is your house and they are not the boss.
