Entering Rental Property by Nhat (PA) on November 5, 2009 @08:11
Good morning all. I have a rental property that is being taken care of by a property management company. Is it ok for me to do a walk through every couple months or so to see if the house is being taken care of? Of course, I need to call the property manager to let him know.

Yes, it's fine. Be sure the tenant is provided the proper 24-hour notice (or whatever time is required by your state) and that you let the PM know also.
