Clarification: I am working with a tenant, who is now the "debtor" that is harassing me as the "creditor". She emailed me (after I went to her 341 hearing) that she is suing me and I want her to stop contacting me and harassing me/threatening lawsuits againt me. I want same protection she has were I can't contact her. I can't get a civil restraining order against her because she's in automatic stay. I want the stay lifted so I can get the restraining order, stop her from contacting me and such. So I am taking her to bankruptcy court to object to the discharge of the debt as well as try to get a no contact order.
