Well, if you want to keep giving into their demands, go ahead, but it will never stop. Why give them a garage door opener if it didn't come with one when they signed a lease? Tell them if they want on, they pay for it. And for future request, to put them in writing and you will address repairs that are necessary. Further more, tell them from now on, the lease is being enforced with all minor repairs at their expense.
