Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to fill in Section 44?

That is section 53 in most LPA Leases and it is where you list any addendums or riders you wish to add to the agreement. Ex: See Pet addendum, see waterbed addendum, see Pool agreement, etc.

I forgot to mention to you that there is a link to a sample filled out LPA Lease on the last page of the lease download in the instructions. You can download the sample and keep a copy handy if you need to refer to it.
