If you were unsure a simple I cant give you an answer at this minute. Now you got educated and others will too. You have must say more than pet deposit may apply, that the IHC jump on you like there is no tomorrow!

No really I did not, that is the crazy thing about this whole deal. They said I did fine until the end when I *and I quote myself*

"usually we charge a pet deposit just so you are aware there MAY be a pet deposit"

It is in their legal paperwork they sent to us.

that is what got me in trouble. It makes it really scary the discrimination problems we can run into in this business. I am educating people here, hopefully they will not have this happen to them.
