Thank you. We could bring pictures and the testimony of our cleaner and possibly a friend or aquaintance. Will that be enough in court? Any tips for us?

She is extremely saavy and crafty and I have no idea what kind of "evidence" she has been collecting or is collecting. One time I mentioned we are not "great housekeepers". She actually wrote us a letter (CYA type) and used my words in quotes.

i owuld take pictures and bring video of every room of the place..
