There should be a place to call and report them and have them investigated WITHOUT adding additonal fees such as attorney fees to us.

Find out if they are licensed to make the tester calls??

Isn't it illegal to call people and record them without asking permission or informing the other person without a warrant? From what I have read on the internet this guy just goes around suing developers for what ammounts to non-issues. Just another example of people getting too involved in other people's business, blowing things out of proportion and taking things out of context. I can understand when lawsuits are filed on behalf of real people who have been wronged, but just looking for trouble seems a little excessive these days. The deck is already stacked in the tenants favor.
