Isn't it illegal to call people and record them without asking permission or informing the other person without a warrant? From what I have read on the internet this guy just goes around suing developers for what ammounts to non-issues. Just another example of people getting too involved in other people's business, blowing things out of proportion and taking things out of context. I can understand when lawsuits are filed on behalf of real people who have been wronged, but just looking for trouble seems a little excessive these days. The deck is already stacked in the tenants favor.
