Pretty much ignore everything she has said. Take her to court if she keeps your security deposit. You don't have to scrub down the bath after every use, the way you have used it is pretty clearly wear and tear. Also, landlords can expect to have to refinish (at least screen and recoat) a wood floor every couple of years. The way you have used it is normal wear and tear. Swiffer is fine for cleaning wood floors. Landlords like your are the reason why California has so many pro-tenant laws.

The security deposit hasn't even been discussed as she is indicating that we bear the responsibility of restoring the shine on the tub and refinishing the wood floor. I had thought the security deposit was all but lost...
