Yes. As I have taken immediate care to the violate notes by hiring all licensed professionals to check and document the damage, my case is clear to kick off the non-rent payment eviction. Estimate the tenants should be out before or right after Christmas or no later than the second weekend of Jan. 2010.

Also, I live there for 10 years before renting it out. I have never seen a single mice.

Then, I download the instructions of cleaning up the infested areas from the local state government site, and suggestions - how to prevent any pest infested from developing and growing. I state those are the tenants' responsibilities.

More, I ask the neighbors to let me know immediately if the tenants bother them from all aspects. I will address it!

I did take photos before and after the tenants taken the property.
