It is really disheartening the way that you bash people on disability. Atleast by getting a place, they are trying to be on their own. Maybe you ought to bash people on welfare that live off the system and off of my paycheck. I pay more than my share of utility bills and rent for low income people who refuse to go out and get a job. And why get a house when you can live rent free because once again, my paycheck pays for it. People like you hide behind your comments and then come on as anonymous. If you truly have something to say, then show your true colors. And just for a little reminder to you, disabilities come in all types, not just handicapped, or terminal illness. There is also blindness and deafness. And just because you can type on a computer, doesn't mean didly. Even a five year old can do that. Too many people live off the system, whether it be disability , unemployment, or welfare. If it upsets you so much, write your congressmen, go out and vote, or call the predident. I am sure they will get right on it and change the world for you. I guess the elderly should not get social security either, leave them work until they die. Some elderly work and some live off the system. What should we do about that? If you need to share your comments , research your facts first. Maybe you should be on disability for being "blind" to the fact that you think all people use the system for their benefit. It is not just handed over unless your medical condition can't be corrected for the most part.
