DIY Software

I am a start up company in property management and am considering DIY management software. Has anyone had any experience with them? I am growing rapidly and need a software package that can grow with me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Thank you,

I looked at their site and it looks pretty good. $25. per month ($300./yr)+ 35 cents per unit sounds like a reasonable price.
I also liked "Tenant Pro 7"
It may be worth a try. If you do, please let us know if you like it.

Check out rent master. This is a stand alone software. One time charge.$149.00. Great Program
